Usage Recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day: 1 capsule in the evening, before sleep 1 capsule in the morning, on an empty bladder It is advised to take with plenty of water and away from meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
