Waterproof Eye and Lip Make-up Remover – bi-phase: Shake the bottle before each use. Soak a cotton pad, preferably reusable, in make-up remover. Leave on for a few seconds and gently massage over eyelids, lashes and lips without rubbing. Rinse or leave on as you wish. Soothing cleansing micellar water: Soak a cotton pad, preferably reusable, with micellar water. Sweep over the entire face and eyes until all traces of makeup are removed. Repeat the process until the cotton pad comes out clean. No need to rinse. Use in the night as a makeup remover and in the morning as a cleansing step.
