La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5+ is a multi-purpose skin barrier balm suitable for use on the face, body, hands, and lips. The formula features Tribioma™, a prebiotic complex, along with La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water. It contains 5% panthenol (vitamin B5) and madecassoside, and includes dimethicone as the active ingredient (1%). The texture is a balm and it is applied to irritated areas as needed. The product is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and dermatologist-tested. According to the manufacturer, it is suitable for all skin types and can be used for babies as young as 1 week.
