Each softgel provides 333.33 mg of Royal Jelly 3X, equivalent to 1,000 mg of royal jelly per softgel. The formula is based on freeze-dried royal jelly and comes in a 100-softgel bottle. Other ingredients include medium-chain triglycerides (from palm oil), gelatin, glycerin, yellow beeswax, purified water and sunflower lecithin. The product states it contains sulfites. It is intended for adults only and advises consulting a healthcare provider if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Store in a cool, dry place and do not refrigerate.
